Welcome to +TV: Remote, Mirror & Share ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service provides tools to manage and interact with your television(s), and cast local media content from your device to your television.
By accessing or using our Service, including creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 3 years old to use the Service, in accordance with the PEGI 3 rating provided on Google Play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years old), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, such as pairing multiple TVs (which may require a premium subscription, as detailed below), you must register for an account ("Account"). You can create an Account using:
When you create an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
You may be able to edit certain profile information such as your name, surname, and date of birth through your Account settings within the App.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other information to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish such Feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you.
If you choose to add a profile picture or other content to your Account ("Profile Content"), you retain ownership of your Profile Content. However, by providing Profile Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Profile Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your Feedback and Profile Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit.
+TV: Remote, Mirror & Share offers certain enhanced features ("Premium Features") that can be unlocked through In-App Purhaces. These Premium Features currently include:
The purchase is processed through your Google Play account according to Google's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Once the purchase is successfully completed, the Premium Features will be activated for your +TV: Remote, Mirror & Share Account associated with the Google Play account used for the purchase.
The Premium Features are provided on a subscription basis with the following options:
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Refunds: All purchases for Premium Features are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@garage.ist with your Google Play order ID. We will review your request and process refunds for eligible requests.
The Service and its original content (excluding User-Provided Content, Feedback, and Profile Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of +TV: Remote, Mirror & Share and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may terminate your Account at any time. You can delete your Account directly from within the App settings. Deleting your Account through the App will remove your Account credentials and associated profile information from our active databases. However, any Feedback you have previously submitted may be retained by us in an anonymized or aggregated form, or as otherwise permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
User-Provided Content (local media casted to your TV) is not stored on our servers and is managed by you on your local device.
Alternatively, you can request the complete deletion of your Account and/or your Feedback data by contacting us at support@garage.ist. Please refer to our Data Deletion Instructions page for more details on how to request data deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon any termination, whether by you or us, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, LEGALITY, OR CONTENT OF ANY USER-PROVIDED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL +TV, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless +TV: Remote, Mirror & Share and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Istanbul/Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We may also provide notices of changes to these Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices generally on the Service, or by sending you an email or through other appropriate communication channels.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; earthquakes; fires; floods; wars; acts of terrorism; civil or military disturbances; sabotage; strikes; epidemics; pandemics; riots; power failures; computer failure and any such circumstances beyond our reasonable control as may cause interruption, loss or malfunction of utility, transportation, computer (hardware or software) or telephone communication service; accidents; labor disputes; acts of governmental authority; or inability to obtain labor, material, equipment or transportation.
